staff are perfect always. staff was willing to help. the room was spacious and clean. a nice balcony was included and the bathroom have a walk in shower and space.
I chose this hotel based on positive reviews. my partner is egyptian. The hotel placed us on opposite sides. his room lacked a minibar. such treatment have no place in hospitality.

the bus journey after my delayed flight was long, like almost two hours. the bus wasn't great too. i wish they gave refreshments after i checked in.
